Ingredients
• 3 potatoes chopped into chunks
• 2 onions finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp mix masala
• 1 tsp half crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
• 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
• Oil
• Water
