Ingredients:

200g green peas

1 onion diced

11/2 potatoes diced

1tsp jeera (cumin seeds)

½tsp haldi (turmeric) powder

1tsp red chilli powder

¼tsp hing (asafetida)

1 tsp salt adjusted to taste

Coriander and green chillies for garnish

1tbsp cooking oil
