Everyone likes cakes but when you're on a diet or simply tired of the regular variety, try Seema's special Sooji/ Rava Cake. :)

Ingredients
2 cups of sooji/rava (semolina)
1 cup thick yogurt
1 cup sugar
100g butter
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup sugar syrup (1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water)
1 tsp vanilla essence
11/2 tsp baking powder
