Tandoori Chicken is one of the most popular Indian dishes. Using no artificial ingredients, Kalyan in this video takes us through each step of making this dish at home.

Ingredients:
• 400 gms of chicken or 2 whole chicken legs
• 1 tbsp of cumin powder (jeera)
• 1 tbsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
• 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper powder
• 1/2 bowl of fresh or packaged curd
• 1 tbsp of ginger paste
• 1 tbsp of garlic paste
• Salt according to taste
• 2 tbsp of red chilli powder
• Lebanese spice sumac for a denser red colour
• 2 tbsp garam masala powder
