For breakfast or a quick snack, this instant dhokla is your go-to recipe. Watch Arina take you through how the process, in this video.

Ingredients:
• Ratio of rawa (semolina) to cup dahi (curd) is 1:0.5
• 1 cup rawa (semolina)
• ½ cup dahi (curd)
• Salt to taste
• ½ packet of fruit salt
• Oil for Tempering
• 5-6 curry leaves and green chillies
• 1 tsp of mustard seeds
• 1 tsp of white sesame seeds
