The seven layer Mexican dip, as the name clearly suggests, is a fun party dip made in seven different layers. The cheesy and saucy spread, contrary to popular belief, is actually pretty healthy. While the black olives contain mono-saturated fat, the beans and cheese have loads of calcium and protein. On that note, let us now learn the recipe for this healthy dip with a distinct Mexican twist!!

Ingredients:
200g refried beans
1 cup red salsa
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup sliced jalapenos
½ cup spring onions, finely chopped
½ cup sour cream
½ grated Montero jack and cheddar cheese
