Chickpea has a variety of names like gram-flour, besan or chana dal. Chickpea is high in protein and generally used in Mediterranean Cuisines. Ingredients
2 cups of besan (chickpea flour)
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
½ cup of tomato puree
1 cup of thick yogurt
1 tsp of turmeric powder
A pinch of baking soda
1 cup of chopped onions
Salt as per taste
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of cumin seeds
5-6 cloves
1 tsp of red chilli powder
