One of Punjab's most popular dishes is a warm steaming plate of "rajma-chawal". Learn how to make rajma in this video.

Ingredients:

400g rajma (red kidney beans)
Puree of 4 tomatoes
2 sliced onions
2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp kasturi methi
2 tbsp coriander (dhaniya) powder
1 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
2 tbsp oil
