No winter is complete without parathas! So, go ahead, indulge. Make finger lickin' mooli (raddish) parathas at home. :) If you miss the dhaba outside your college, you fix that easily!

Ingredients

Kneaded dough

Dry flour

Grated mooli (white radish)

Few coriander leaves

2 green chillies, finely chopped

Ghee/ clarified butter for cooking

Salt to taste

¼ tsp amchoor powder (mango powder)

¼ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
