Cottage cheese or Paneer is highly nutritious and very tasty. Rashmi here shows us how to make a Cottage cheese wrap, a snack popular amongst children!

Ingredients
• 200-250g of paneer (cottage cheese)
For Marinating:
• 1 cup of coriander leaves
• ½ cup of mint leaves
• Pinch of red chilli powder/ paprika
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp coriander and cumin powder
• ½ tsp of garam masala
• ½ tsp of tikka masala (optional)
• 2 tbsp of yogurt
• ¼ tsp of haldi (turmeric powder)
• A pinch of pepper
• 1 tbsp of ginger paste
• 1 tbsp of garlic paste
• Juice of half a lemon

For the stuffing:
• 2 small tomatoes finely, chopped
• 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
• 2 tsp of ghee (clarified buter)
• 2 rotis (chapatis)
