Archana's recipe for a great vegetarian snack, perfect with a cup of tea at the end of a grueling workday.

Ingredients

3 boiled potatoes
½ bowl curd (for the dip)
2-3 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tbsp green chillies
Salt to taste
3 tbsp roasted peanut powder
Oil
