Originated from the Persian word sanbosag, Samosas are one of India's most loved snacks. In this video, we share a samosa recipe with a slight twist-instead of potatoes, the major filling here is made up of corn and peas. Rightfully, therefore, this recipe is named corn and peas samosa!! Ingredients:
½ cup boiled white corn kernels
½ cup boiled green peas
2 medium sized boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
2 tsp red chilli powder
Handful of chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp amchur powder
2 tsp oil
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
Salt to taste
2 tsp ginger and green chilli paste
Firm dough made with 1 cup of whole wheat flour
