TV host Boy Abunda has broken his silence about the status of his health. Abunda, who was visibly absent on his TV shows the past weeks, was rushed to the hospital last month after suffering from a high fever. The 58-year old TV host said he experienced headache and severe convulsions – severely chilling, gnashing his teeth and biting his lips causing it to bleed. After taking several tests for dengue, tipus, typhoid, HIV, hepatitis, lungs, liver, kidney, the doctors found that Abunda had 300mL of abscess in his liver. Abunda, who thanked the people who stood by him in the most trying time of his life, said he is 90% healthy. He then reassured his fans that he will be back to work very soon.
