Se iun loves horses. Her mother died as a jockey. Se iun follows her mother's footsteps and becomes a jockey.
Growing up alongside her horse Cheondung (Thunder), motherless Si Eun (Im Soo Jung) builds an increasingly strong bond with the animal. They don't need words to communicate, just gestures, eye contact, and trust in each other both on and off the racing field. One day the horse is sold, and Si Eun's life seems to stop in its tracks. Two years later, Si Eun is striving for her dream of becoming a successful jockey when she meets an old friend on the field.
A fine film if you enjoy watching horses, though somewhat sad due to the fate of the lead horses. I don't really remember the movie Seabiscuit all that well, but I think Seabiscuit had a stronger story line. This story is rather fluffy, but still enjoyable nontheless. I thought the female lead was a cutie, so that helped a lot.
