Exercise routine: 3 days a week I do stretching followed by some light weight lifting(doing various arm exercises(only a few repetitions each) as a warm up, and then do my 2 handed overhead(modified) dumbbell swing routine, then do some more stretching as a cool down. I do fifty 40 lb 2 handed overhead(modified) dumbbell swings followed by as many 20 lb ones as I can do. As of 8/22/14 I was up to doing 30 minutes of this non-stop. It is an extremely hard exercise to do.
