How Vodafone treats it's loyal customers

Here is three calls from last night 11th Aug 2014

See how I get put through to no one then get told it takes 3 to 4 days to talk to a manager in their department. I also get a promise of a call back today 12th Aug 2014 at 10am, well no one has called me (no surprise there then) it's now the 14th Aug at time of posting this video

For over 4 weeks I have been requesting a "call listening" to resolve some confusion over what I was told on the phone by a representative of Vodafone. Ge promised me a free of charge cancellation of my accounts should I experience any more disruptions to my internet. I was basically getting cut off every single day and having to request my internet be unlocked. But every morning at 12.50 am it would get cut off again.

The customer services rep insisted he had fixed the problem and I would NOT lose the internet any more. So having had days and days of getting cut off I explained that Vodafone was in breach of their contract and that I could if I wanted to cancel my accounts. He said yes if you get cut off again you can cancel your accounts with us with no cancellation fees or any other fees because Vodafone would have breached their T&C's by not providing an adequate service.

I was in the Vodafone store when this rep told me this and I passed the phone to the guy in the Vodafone store to verify and the rep also informed him that yes I could cancel free of charge should my internet get cut off again. He told the store rep that he had 100% fixed the issue (his words) and I would have no further issues.

The stor rep asked that the customer service rep put in his notes that I could cancel my contract free of charge and he said yes I have. So we ended the call. The store rep went onto his computer and looked at the notes and the little toerag had not put it in his notes all he did write was that the customer was not happy with the service and may want to cancel his contract early in the future

I was furious as was the store rep. Anyways that was on the 12/07/2014 and in the 13/072014 at 12.50 am my internet got cut off again. So went back to the Vodafone store rang customer services to cancel my contracts as per the conversation with the rep the day before. But because he didn't write it in the notes I had to do a call listening request. Well since the 13th July 2014 to present 12th August 2014 I have phoned them on over 40 occasions and have submitted at least 7 call listening requests. Each time being told it takes 72 hours to deal with so we will CALL YOU BACK. They have never once called me back. Not bloody once.

I am at my whits end with them and have had enough. What can I do with a company that are so bloody obviously trying to fob me off hoping I go away and just live with it. I want to cancel my contracts but they want to charge me £1200 + to do so. they said that no one in Vodafone has the authority to cancel a contract for free of charge with such a high amount remaining on the account.

So who do I go to to cancel? The managing director? Offcom? I just don't know what to do any more.
