Postal Worker Caught Throwing Mail In A Dumpster

A mail delivery person in Ohio was caught on camera throwing loads of mail into a dumpster.
When you’re waiting for a package, a check, or the latest IKEA catalog, the sight of a postal worker walking to your door can make your heart beat a little faster.
Well, several people in Bond Hill, Ohio didn’t get that chance one day, as a delivery person threw loads of mail into the dumpster.
The female’s act was caught on video and now she’s potentially in a lot of trouble.
Area residents say their mail service had been irregular for some time, and one man decided to rove the neighborhood, recorder in hand.
His investigative work was a success and he was able to capture three minutes of footage that showed the disposal of the day’s deliveries.
The post office was contacted, and they sent someone out to retrieve the trashed mail and later had it delivered.
It was noticed that the day following the incident a different carrier was on the route.
The fate of the worker who threw the stacks of envelopes into the dumpster remains unknown.
She could face federal charges of deserting mail and delaying mail delivery.
Both are misdemeanors.
