Meet Britain's oldest postman - a 98-year-old who delivers letters in his official Royal Mail uniform to the residents of his care home.
Ray Stanley spotted a chance to stay active in his later years so asked bosses if he could take on the task of distributing mail.
The grandfather-of-two now collects letters from the postbox outside the residence in Poole, Dorset, and hands them out.
Thoughtful staff at Upton Bay Care Home contacted the local Royal Mail depot and asked if they could provide a uniform - and they gladly obliged.
Ray now does his round every day in an embroidered shirt and cap - and even has his very own iconic red post bag.

00:14 Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm the Home Advisor at Upton Bay Care Home, and this is Ray Stanley, our fantastic resident.
00:21 Ray's been our postie now for about six months at Upton Bay.
00:25 It started off as something to do to get out of the room a little bit, just to kind of meet other people,
00:31 see some other residents, and bring a bit of joy around the home.

00:43 So that's that part away, is it?
00:44 That's your part away.
00:45 So shall we do Shadow first?

01:01 You are a brilliant postie!
01:03 Thank you!
01:04 Are they ready for me?
01:05 No.
01:06 And we thought we'd make a real thing of it, so we contacted Royal Mail,
01:10 and asked if they would very kindly donate and gift a uniform.
01:15 At first we were only hoping for a cap or maybe a bag, and they gave us the full uniform.
01:20 So we got a little badge made up as well, to give Ray the full, authentic experience.
01:25 And he is now our official postman for Upton Bay.
01:29 Thank you.
