Dubai has created a miracle of the desert, and thanks to its location, adjacent to many Middle Eastern countries, it has a great variety of unique Arabic dishes.
Edward pays a visit to the Burj Al Arab, which is where he worked as a head chef until 2009 and reunites with his co-chefs and gets a taste of mezza, an arabic style appetizer.
