Polly, Daughter at this family business guides us with infectious enthusiasm through the farm which has been in the family since the 1970s and turned organic in 2000. She talks with great passion about her love of farming. "Hopefully we might inspire some young farmers into the profession to see that actually its a fantastic thing to do and its a privilege to be a farmer. "
At one point in the film we see how the location of Slade Farm on the incredible Glamorgan heritage Coast is quite a coup. Visitors are not only treated to a great understanding of organic farming but also see breathtaking views across the dramatic coastline.
