Happy Half Of The Year! Do you have plans for the next 6 months? Would you like to start them right? I hope you are enjoying your Summer and I know that for sure you’ve probably heard of Piyo by now. This program is a mix of fast paced cardio, yoga-flows, and body weight resistance strength training to help sculpt your entire body. #PiYo packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass—as you’re burning crazy calories.

Piyo was the instrument that helped me recover from a back injury that put me “on my back” for a couple of months last year. I will always be grateful to #ChaleneJohnson for creating this incredible program.
