Stress is the body’s reaction towards the changes in the external environment, your body, or your thoughts. The body reacts with physical, emotional, and mental response to these changes and conditions. Stress is a normal part of life and there are many things and situations that can put your body in stress. The body is designed to undergo stress and react accordingly. Limited and situational stress can be good for us as it allows us to be alert and ready. But stress start to become degrading and negative when a person faces it continuously without realization. Too much stress results an individual becoming over worked and results in headaches, upset stomach, high blood pressure, chest pain, insomnia and other problems.
