Dallas Mavericks and Internet media billionaire Mark Cuban isn't known for being the silent type. But when asked to address the controversial remarks made by fellow NBA team owner Donald Sterling made, the internet peanut gallery tried to rip him a new one.
In the interview, Cuban said that he'd cross the street if suddenly approached by a black kid in a hoodie or even a white guy covered in tattoos. However he also admitted everyone has their prejudices, and he is not exempt from them. "I'm bigoted in a lot of different ways, but I choose to discuss the issue instead of ignoring it", Cuban remarked.
Some on the internet only seem to have seen the first comment he made, and ignored the explanation that came 7 seconds afterwards though-- due to a mixture of short attention spans and the uncontrollable urge to troll on anything that sounds reasonable.
It's funny how people want there to be a conversation about racism one moment, then when it happens, the panty-waists get all butt-hurt.
