Loretta Hernandez, a Rockdale County deputy, recently resigned her position after admitting to at least three counts of sexual misconduct - all while on the job.
According to reports Hernandez admitted to having sex in her patrol car on two separate occasions.
In another incident, also while on duty, Hernandez was outside of her patrol car and inside a local business that was closed.
Deputy Hernandez even admitted to investigators that on one occasion she delayed her response to a dispatch call until she had finished the sex act.
A police spokesman added that "In at least two of the incidents, she was in her full uniform and in her marked RCSO patrol unit in public."
Hernandez chose to resign following an investigation rather than getting fired.
