Mugen: Cheap Character Ownage no.1

I'm making this a Dailymotion exclusive series.

I'll be using multiple characters for this series.

The characters I use today are:

Omega Tiger Woods: OTW is a down right hilarious character. He has a large amount of ridiculous attacks that are all fun to watch. Note that this guy is pretty cheap, so he'll be next.

My back up fighter is Omega Tom Hanks. OTH is invincible. Nothing can damage him. He has two attacks: Tom Hanks movie posters and a Hooch bomb.

The Cheapies that get OWN3D today are:

Cammy Custom: She's invincible during some of her super moves, she has cheap AI, and her moves are overpowered.

Super Buu UB22: This guy is really broken. He teleports every time you make an attack, and he has a 1 hit kill move.
