Lufthansa has revealed their Premium Economy offering. So far Lufthansa had no Premium Economy – one could argue that their current Business Class product is more like a Premium Economy product anyways. Now that they are upgrading their Business Class product it makes sense to try out Premium Economy.
Selling Premium Economy can be a a bit of a challenge since they do not show up in many sales channels automatically but can be great when a lot of sales runs through the airlines own channels.
