Man Prepares for Military Service by Setting Hair on Fire

Jungkyu Kang was in the barber shop in Seosan, South Korea recently, as his friend got a haircut before heading off on military service. Kang and others though, decided it would be a shame to miss out on an opportunity for mischief.
