recipe makes about 3 dozen

1 (18.25 ounce) package cake mix
1/2 of my recipe for butter cream or 1/2 cup of canned frosting
(1package 14oz.) of Wilton's chocolate candy melts

Directions

1.Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using any of the recommended pan sizes. Let cake cool.

2.In large bowl, use hands to crumble cake until no large chunks remain.
Add icing; mix until well combined.
Form mixture into cake balls.
3.Place on foil or wax-paper lined cookie sheet and place in freezer for 15 to 20mn.
4.Melt chocolate coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.

5.Dip the pops completely into the chocolate add sprinkles if desired and place back on cookie sheet to set.
