DIY Tropical/Berry Smoothie

Recipe:
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of frozen fruit
1 banana
A couple fresh strawberries
I cup of juice or coconut water
1/2 cup instant/unflavored oatmeal
1/2 cup of non fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
