U2 / The Fly, cover by Joe Black and CheapEdge

This is our cover of The Fly from U2.

This production is in many ways a dream come true.

For years I had been planning ...
* to create a cover from scratch (check!)
* work together with a great singer like Joe Black (check!)
* create a version of The Fly that contains that great Boston intro (check!)
* and has that heavy rock feeling of the Chicago version (check!)
* and contains a combination of the original solo and that fantastic "extended solo" that Ralq has created (check!)

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Joe Black, a man with a great voice, a great musician and a very very nice guy. His vocal contribution and his feedback on tone, playing and the mix really made this cover so much better. Make sure you check out his channel as well.
