Home Depot employee catches baby: Chris Strickland hero in Anchorage, Alaska

Home Depot employee Chris Strickland made a save last Sunday worthy of a medal. The Anchorage, Alaska store's security camera footage shows Chris catching a baby as it falls out of shopping cart.

The baby's parent had carelessly placed the baby in a car seat on top of a shopping cart. Chris nonchalantly glanced over, only to see the baby about to fall out of the seat. Without thinking, he lunged over and caught the baby before it hit the ground.

Chris' brother posted the footage on YouTube on Sunday. As of press time the clip had received 38,000 views.
