Embryo transfer with Spontaneously hatched Blastocyst at IdealFertilityClinic

Blastocyst transfer is one of the best way to get maximum success rate in IVF -ICSI treatment. Embryos formed at IVF-ICSI, they grow initially with help of maternal mitochondria and RNA. But this support is only for two days. On third day ,only those embryos which can generate their own food ,can survive further. Centres who are transferring day 2-3 embryos can not decide which embryos is going to survive and which will not and transfers are random and sometime best ones are frozen and poor ones are transferred ( because all look almost same).

We at Ideal fertility ,Jabalpur, grow these embryos to day 5. Here we get only those embryos which are rugged and viable. Now , even at fifth day, if we have to select, which are the best day 5 embryos( blastocyst), we further grow to the level of hatching, ( that is embryo which is so strong that it can break its shell and implant) and this gives us more selection of best embryos.

In this way we :

1. Select the best embryo

2. We transfer less number of embryos , so that multiple pregnancies are avoided.

3. As in natural implantation, uterus accepts day 5 embryos, we mimic the natural process. Thus the uterus is at its best state to accept it and implantation rate improves and thus the overall success rate.
