Giga-Cut ceramic tile cutters have a specially designed handle and carriage system. By the help of 15 ball bearings, the carriage moves very easily on the single steel guide bar of 15 mm thickness with a precise measure all the way of the cutting length.
The new innovation, Laser system, gives the end user a big advantage of cutting for any angle cut. Instead of marking and drawing with a pen on the tile, the Laser Light has been switched on and the light beam shows you the line to be cut.
The double breaking system enables the end user a clean cut and with the help of spring loaded steel plates, an easy breaking of ceramic tiles.
With the help of special designed turning ruler, 45° and 90° cut can be done. For 45° and 90° cutting, you can read and fix the desired dimension directly by the help of sliding part on the ruler.
All components are electrostatically powder painted and the Tungsten-Carbide cutting wheel is in 22 mm diameter.
