Valentine's Day Fire on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach

Fire in the back of a building on Lincoln Road between Washington and Collins. We could smell the smoke maybe half an hour before the first fire trucks arrived. They first came to Lincoln Road but then moved via Collins to the back alleys to tackle the fire from the back. It took until the early morning hours to finish this operation. Could not find any details in the news though. Was it close to the Nightclub Set, where Justin Bieber was partying two weeks ago? Will add more info if I get it.
