No end to woes of riot victims

There appears to be no end to the miseries of the victims displaced by the Muzaffarnagar riots. In another shocker, the Uttar Pradesh administration has asked them to return Rs 5 lakh compensation amount, claiming that it had received complaints that even those unaffected by the riots had received the compensation.
