Death toll rising in Russian train station explosion

An explosion at a train station in the southern Russian city of Volgograd has killed at least eighteen people according to Russian news agencies.

No one has come forward to claim responsibility yet. However, Russia’s anti-terrorism committee says a female suicide bomber is to blame for what they’re calling a “terrorist attack.”

On October 21 2013, a female suicide bomber struck in the same Russian city, killing seven people.
