Plane 'Slices' Through a Building at Johannesburg Airport

In one recent and very strange incident, an aircraft collided into a building at Johannesburg Airport. Thankfully none of the 182 passengers onboard the plane at the time of the crash were injured
In one recent and a very strange incident, an aircraft collided into a building at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa.. Thankfully none of the 182 passengers onboard the plane at the time of the crash were injured, but it’s safe to assume they were slightly baffled after the accident.
It was one of the wings on the British Airways plane that caused the damage to the structure. The wing basically sliced right through the building while taxiing on the runway.
Although the travelers on the aircraft were safe, it was not immediately clear if anyone on the ground was harmed. The airline did confirm that four employees who had been working inside the building encountered minor injuries.
It’s currently believed the plane involved in the crash was a massive Boeing 747. All passengers on the flight were forced to immediately deplane and were put up in a local hotel for the night.
One of the travelers on the aircraft, who is also the head of media for Oxfam, posted about the crash on Twitter and the subsequent displeasure of how things were handled. She noted the first class passengers deplaned first during the emergency rather than those who acquired premium economy seats.
