My car was ahead of the car that struck me, we were both east bound on National Blvd.

As I was turning right (intending to turn into Livonia), the car that struck me tried to pass me on the right hand side (remember, this is a one way street), and as my car was completing its right turn into Livonia, that is when the right side of my car got struck.
After the accident occured, both of our cars parked into the EZ Lube parking lot.
Also note that both directions of National Blvd. are one way, with parked cars on both sides.
