There aren’t too many people who enjoy the bone chillingly cold weather.

One man in Sarnia, Ontario reportedly damaged a jailhouse door because he just couldn’t stand the cold temperatures any longer.

On the day of the incident, the 32-year-old had left the prison to spend a portion of the day in court. He had a scheduled hearing pertaining to charges of attempted break and enter and breach of probation.

During the proceedings the judge ruled that the man would have to go back into police custody until his next court date. In additional to the male’s frustration of getting nowhere in court, he was waiting at the front doors of the Sarnia Jail with his police escorts.

It could have been the law enforcement officials were taking too long opening it up, or just rage in general, but the male inmate lifted his foot and kicked straight through the glass of the front door.

After the brazen act, the man told officers he couldn’t take being out in the cold, so he tried to open the door himself. Now, he’s facing an extra charge of mischief over $5,000.
