As you probably know, I’ve been trying to lose weight for quite a while. Lately I've been trying a new diet every week. Today I'll share the cabbage soup diet review. Thanks to this weight loss plan, I'm now seven pounds lighter. This low calorie diet is a life saver when you need to lose weight fast.

What I love this diet is that it's pretty basic. There are no expensive menus, shakes, or fancy meals. A typical menu includes cabbage soup along with other foods such as steak, dark chocolate, turkey, salmon, vegetables, and cheese. You can eat most foods as long as you have plenty of soup every day.

If you read the cabbage soup diet review, you’ll see that it's not necessary to count calories. For example, I've consumed 1148 calories on Monday, 725 on Thursday, and 1446 on Friday. I've had terrible sugar cravings, but I've tried to avoid sweets and highly processed foods.

The cabbage soup diet is quite inexpensive and easy to follow. The downside is that you'll gain weight once you start eating normally again. Personally I could have lost the same amount by eating healthy and doing more exercise.

For dramatic weight loss, try out this diet for more than one week. Exercise regularly to burn mire fat. The cabbage soup diet works temporarily. If you want to lose weight for a special event, it might be exactly what you need. The idea is to eat as much cabbage soup as you can. This will keep you full longer and reduce hunger.
