There are times when true Christians, members of the Body of Christ, are incapable of being consoled: The reasons are many, there is their natural corruptions in the flesh, the temptations of Satan, and of course the cruel treatment of the world. The God of all Comfort, 2 Cor. 1:3, is very tender of them, and it is His revealed will that His servants should bind up the broken hearted and pour the balm of Gilead into their wounds. Then how wonderful it is to exclaim as it says in Micah 7:18...Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage?
