https://www.youtube.com/CyclingExplorerTV - Going out to Utica to visit the mill and Velvet ice cream factory is well worth the drive. Velvet is now fourth generation owners. The tour gives lots of interesting facts and the walk down the nature trail was worth it. If you like ice cream, this is a trip for you. Rumor has it that in May of 2014 they are planning a big celebration for the 100th year. If you have never been to an ice cream factory, you need to explore one near you. (As a reminder, the Mill and tours will resume in May.)
