Quality control is carried out by PT.CALTAV INDONESIA personnel from the forging to the packaging of the finished product according to Class procedures. Our bearings are made in China by an PT.CALTAV INDONESIA audited contractor.
Certificates are available for each production step, automated records are available for all heat-treatments, hardness tests, surface tests etc.
The bearings are made from 42CrMo4 V or 50CrMo4 V, the raceway hardening is 4mm to 6mm, depending on the bearing design.
Class-certification is available for all bearings, at additional cost. If the original calculations for the bearings are no longer available, we can have them recalculated by our own structural engineers.
