Man Enlists Dolphin for Marriage Proposal

Debbie Preston had always dreamed of swimming alongside dolphins and she got her wish along with a marriage proposal.
Finding the ideal location and organizing the perfect circumstances around popping the question can be difficult especially if your future wife is expecting a unique approach.
One man from Merseyside, United Kingdom takes the cake when it comes to originality after enlisting a dolphin to carry out his proposal. 27-year-old Alex Rigby and his girlfriend Debbie Preston had taken a trip to Florida to attend a wedding.
The couple wanted to make the most out of their quick getaway and Preston had always dreamed of swimming alongside dolphins. Well her wish came true…and then some.
While she was wading in the water at Discovery Cove in Orlando, a dolphin swam right up to her carrying a buoy, complete with a note which read “Debbie will you marry me?”
Rigby didn’t stop with just the dolphin either. He hid the ring on the beach, so she was forced to go on a little treasure hunt for that surprise. Not surprisingly, she said yes.
Rigby had reportedly planned the proposal for quite some time and decided on Florida as the most memorable spot.
