Rahul Gandhi in Chhattisgarh recollects contributions of former PCC chief Nandkumar Patel

Bastar: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, for the first time after May 25 Maoist attack that killed frontline party leaders in Chhattisgarh, addressed a mammoth Congress rally – Adivasi Adhikar Sammelan- at Jagdalpur in tribal dominated Bastar region in the poll-bound state. The Congress Vice President recalled how the then PCC chief Nandkumar Patel, who was among those killed, had apprised him that the people in Chhattisgarh were eagerly waiting for Congress to come to power.
