Pathankot senior superintendent of police (SSP) SK Kalia, who suffered serious injuries in a road mishap near Mukerian on the Jalandhar-Pathankot highway on Sunday, is stable but not out of danger, as per doctors at Fortis Hospital, SAS Nagar.

The accident had claimed the life of Hindustan Times' Jalandhar-based principal correspondent Jasdeep Singh Malhotra.
