Excavator Fixes Broken Tail Light

Oleg Kopaylov was in the Russian city of Tyumen when his dashboard camera recorded a unique moment. In front of him was a vehicle with a broken right tail light. However, an excavator next to Oleg spotted the broken light, and found a novel way to fix it. Courtesy: Олег Коп.
