Marking the one-year anniversary of the London Paralympic Games, paralympians and members of the International Paralympic Committee unveiled a statue of Dr Ludwig Guttmann, the father of the Paralympic movement. At the ceremony at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, the birthplace of the Paralympic Movement, it was announced that the Paralympic flame will be lit there before travelling to Sochi for the next Paralympic Games.Duration: 1:07
