Here is the best way to setup your Paypal account, so as to avoid loss of money in a dispute / reversal or when you are in a fight with Paypal.
Who likes having their money frozen or taken right back from their bank account? No one obviously.
So, this is why I would setup a new bank account and even sometimes put a "stop pay" on it. That way, I would never loose funds.
