Silverton Village

Silverton Village is situated on the busy Pretoria Road which is the main artery through Silverton. This shopping centre is accross the street from Medicross and the Police Forensic Department. Telkom’s Technical Department, a huge facility, is 500 m away with many flats in the area. This is en-route to Mamelodi and the Silverton Industrial Area. A large residential area is adjacent to the South of the center. There is no shopping center between Dykor Str, route to Mamelodi, from the CBD and Silverton Village is ideally suited for this. This is ideal for national tenants who would like exposure in Silverton. We will currently only be entertaining proposals from national tenants or national franchises.
